Deb wants her classes to be a place of community and kindness. She’s been practicing yoga since 2003, and teaching since 2016. She brings a “come as you are” energy to her classes, encouraging self-love and mindfulness. Her years coaching dance and gymnastics give her a great understanding of body mechanics and she describes poses in a way that make them approachable for students of all levels. She loves teaching a high energy Vinyasa Flow class but also has a real soft spot for Yin and the quieter practices.
