Not sure which class is right for you? Give me a call! I believe with the right instruction and variations, all classes are available for all students-- but let's find the space where you'll feel most comfortable.

Vinyasa/Flow classes focus on synchronizing movement to breath. Transitions occur regularly and include  traditional sequences. 

Yin is a style of yoga in which poses are held for 2-5 minutes. The intention is to soften deeper tissues of the body. Plenty of space for introspection and a great practice for anyone dealing with old injuries or surgeries. Poses are almost exclusively sitting or lying down. One of my favorite styles!
