Deb has been practicing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2016. She brings a “come as you are” energy to her classes, encouraging kindness and mindfulness. Her years coaching dance and gymnastics give her a great understanding of body mechanics and she is able to adjust poses and set building blocks to make yoga approachable for students of all levels. She loves teaching a high energy Vinyasa Flow class and also has a soft spot for Yin and the quieter practices.
