Day 1

When my mom and I started showing interest in the building, my dad thought we were crazy. We didn’t have much of a plan… just a basic idea that we needed space- her for dog training, myself for teaching yoga. And the building had more than enough space.

We browbeat the realtor into showing us the space 2 times before auction day. (We had conspiracies that the he must’ve wanted the space himself, for how difficult it was to get him here.)

With a couple of flashlights we walked around the 12k+ square feet… and took a chance. Here are a few pictures from that first day.
