Our Event Spaces
one55elm boasts 2 formal event spaces: The Sanctuary and the Court. Both rooms have a maximum capacity of 100. Additional spaces such as The Fireside Room (Max capacity 30) and the charming brick hallway offer a picturesque, intimate setting.
The Sanctuary
Built to be a church in 1908. Original hardwood floors and windows. Vintage chandeliers and floor lighting offers ambient, dimmable lighting. The sanctuary is a perfect backdrop for weddings, baby showers, markets, or any gathering you can dream up!
The Court
Built as a basketball court and gymnasium sometime in the '40s(?), then made into a two story space sometime after. Meticulously rehabilitated hardwood floors, unique, vintage lighting and simple, elegant decor. Easily seats 100 for a formal dining experience. Tables and chairs included in rental. Don’t miss our portable bar!
The Fireside Room
Antique etched glass privacy windows, a cozy pellet stove and rich wood trim and furniture. Easy access to the kitchen. Perfect for intimate gatherings or as a lounge space.
